Shipping was fast

The product, delivery and packaging is INCREDIBLE. I am giving 4 stars because the app isn’t updating when. My children use it. It only worked for 2.5 days and just stopped recording their usage. I’ve contacted Willo via email and am still waiting to hear back from them. You can tell they are thorough. You can tell they have done their research on the purpose of the product and especially with their marketing: packaging, functionality, offering different mouth sizes, pairing color with child, the colors themselves (could def add silver, crimson red, black and dark green for families with 5+) . I love the whole approach and research. Just wish the app would update when my kids use it

I can't complain, the shipping was really fast & the packaging was just so neat & nothing was broke & the box it self was not beat up by the delivery people. Great presentation all around.

Great packaging and loved having my kids speak via zoom and have their questions answered by the dental hygienist. Very nice
