I submitted an inquiry and never heard a response, lack of customer support makes it difficult to want to buy your product in the future.

For a company that was founded just down the road from where I live in CANADA, I think it’s ridiculous that I have to buy this item from an online US retail site at a huge markup due to the weak Canadian dollar. Unfortunately, until this business model changes, I’m keeping my money where it is, in my pocket.

No delivery, no response for emails... never again!
