I have a viofo A129 which I got when they first came out and its been great. Recently it started beeping so I checked online what causes it and tried all rhe suggestions to no avail so contacted support. They replied within 24 hrs with links to format the card on your computer if not working formating in the camera and you get to deal with rhe same person when you reply which is great. Josie was very helpful and problem is now solved.
