Returns are a pain

App claims no internet, even though there is wifi and mobile data service. No response to request for assistance. Without the app and wifi access, the camera is useless to me.

I ordered the wrong product and wanted to figure out how to get the correct unit. Emails have gone unanswered. If they are unable to respond to an email, what about when more serious support is needed?
