I am so pleased with this Dashcam. Installation was simple and the operation is easy. It automatically starts recording and is on a continuous loop. The voice commands are very easy and convenient.

From the initial contact to the conclusion I felt the Viofo customer service and tech teams listened and responded immediately in a highly knowledgeable and professional manner. Initially I didn’t agree with their conclusions. Annie took the time to respond with evidence and explanations that we could arrive at a reasonable conclusion I could understand. The issue has been resolved in a timely and completely satisfactory manner. I am greatfull!

We had to have our windshield replaced and so we needed some new adhesives. The price was great and the shipping was very quick

I bought a Viofo A229 Plus and had an issue where the cigarette plug in my Tiguan 2026 wasn't powering up the camera. I contacted customer support and they sent me a deeper cigarette lighter plug to try. That resolved the issue. They were always very responsive and professional during this issue. Thank you Viofo!
