I purchased a 4k dash cam from VIOFO a few years ago and was really impressed with both the recording quality and overall quality of the product. However I recently experienced an issue where the camera had gone into a sudden boot loop. I contacted VIOFO customer service and they could not be more helpful. Their response was immediate and they bent over backwards to help me. Offering me a replacement for a small fee despite being out of warranty. I wish every company I’ve dealt with had the same prompt response and dealt with their customers in such a professional and caring manner. 5 stars all around and especially to Annie who deserves very high praise. Please keep up the great work and don’t let standards slip. Such a fantastic experience can’t say any more.
