Recibí la vinoteca el 24 de setiembre con un frontal de madera defectuoso. Hablé con vosotros por teléfono y me dijisteis que mandara un mail. Tengo entendido que solicitabais el frontal al. proveedor pero todavía no lo tengo ni sé nada al respecto.

You offer excellent products at good prices but you don’t deliver as promptly as promised on your website. I paid for my order before 1pm on a Wednesday and heard nothing so phoned the following Monday and was told my order hadn’t been despatched yet because there had been a public holiday on Friday. I think someone from Vinoteca should have let me know that when I placed my order. As a result I cancelled my order which was a pity as it was such a good deal.

Llegó rápido y bien. De momento va estupendamente.
