Everything was good from service to transportation all went well. Plus good product.

Place it about 1mm below the top frame (where part of the frame where the webcam is located). The first time I tried placing the screen protector, I placed it right on the edge of the frame and by the time I got to the other end, it started going over the laptop frame and not adhering well. So I had to discard that one. So glad the kit comes with two! Worked great the second time when I placed it slightly lower. I also like putting screen protectors on in a slightly humid bathroom (just let the hot shower run for a bit) because the humidity makes a lot of the larger particles floating around in the air fall to the ground. So you get less particles trapped between your screen and the protector this way. Overall, I love the matte feel so much more than the original screen! Works great on my Lenovo 16abr8.
