Great brand and quality products.

I bought the Core because I wanted something a little classier than a cheap one from a smoke shop but was really disappointed when it arrived and the button was broken. However, after a quick email and a 5 second video of the problem, Customer Service had a new one on the way to me. Overall, its a nice unit and I am glad I went with it.
