Great products, shipping has been acceptable especially if you qualify for the free shipping. And the one time I contacted customer support, they got back to me very quickly.

I’ve been using dugouts for decades, and the Helix has finally solved the problem of Scooby snacks. It’s definitely a premium, bespoke piece — my only gripe is that the bat is a bit heavy, making it tricky to use one-handed when you’re shielding your lighter from the wind. Other than that, it’s absolutely awesome!
