Received product I ordered but with the wrong OS installed. Could not get a response via telephone which caused frustration. However, they did respond to email and they did correct the issue. The only reason for not getting 5 stars isn't the incorrect OS, mistakes happen. Not responding to the voicemail I left, THAT is unacceptable.

I was surprised that an used computer could look so good. System booted right away with a clean install already done. No hardware or software issues after running it daily for a couple of weeks. I was hesitant to get older technology but wanted a small format laptop for the road and I really like the ThinkPad 220T. It would be improved with a SSD but runs well as it came. I have several laptops and I already think this is my favorite

SERVICE IS GOOD.

I still don't have a dyson back. I was supposed to get a refurbished one...that never came and I was supposed to get a new one because the refurbished one was never shipped...still don't have a dyson in my possession.
