I ordered this because the pictures showed a built-in webcam, however the laptop I received did not (that is why it is not 5 stars). I worked with refurb.io who refunded me $40 and I installed a webcam and new display bezel myself. Very happy with machine!! Would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a desktop pc from refurb that has been very nice and works very well after I added another 8-RAM. But I didn't do all of the property research about I-pads before I bought a refurbished I-pad 2. I am disappointed in my choice to buy the I-pad because I would have paid full price for the newest I-pad version had I known that the I-pad 2 won't download many of the apps I want to use.

I received the computer with no damage , was shipped Timely. 2 things I was discouraged about was did not have DVD burner as advertised, and the unit was not cleaned on inside, it had dirt and lint inside case and CPU and case Fans where full of dust and lint. after cleaning unit , installing a DVD Burner and a Back-up drive it Works Great.

The computer I ordered arrived timely and met my expectations. It runs a little slow but I think that is related to the band with of the internet connector. Windows installation was easy and works well. It is a handy device to have as I travel between two business locations.

Good but not yet great.
