Excellent customer service

My HP Computer took about a week to deliver give 2 days more. When I sent customer service e-mails they usually got right back to me by the next day. I have had my computer for a few weeks now and it works perfect! The only thing is, when the computer crosses into US from Canada there is a internal check of the casing of the processor, you'll need a screwdriver to put the cabinet back together like a did. Other than that, there was no problems. All the plugs are included.

The team was very helpful and informative when I had questions. The computer was in like-new condition and shipping was very fast

I have purchased two laptops for home use. Both were ridiculously cheap and turned out to be excellent machines. I've had no problems with either. Even the batteries acted like new, which surprised me. My only complaint would be with the website. The machine descriptions are scant and it was sometimes hard to tell just exactly what I was looking at.
