1 - Refurb.io is excellent to deal with .. they've got good selection, decent prices, and quick service 2 - I bought this unit as a backup to another HP PC I bought a couple years ago from refurb.io. This one is much smaller in size, but operates well. It came ready to load Windows 10, and once I finished setting it up copied the files from my other computer and it's working fine.
