My purchase arrived damaged from handling. A Return Merchandise Authorization was quickly sent and credit was issued within 7 days of return receipt. I then ordered a replacement unit, Dell Optiplex 7070, that arrived soon in perfect condition. Looking forward to future business with this firm.
