Not 10 day battery like advertised, It lasts up to 5 days if hardly used.

I already sent one. No more.

Very poor service. Two clocks (1 x 10-inch and 1 x 7-inch) received late December. Returned on 31 December 2024 due to poor quality and scratches on screen of the larger clock. Requested a Refund in respect of both, OR replacements (whichever was easier), but to date have not received any response. Very disappointed in the lack of service.

Not suitable for me

I’m not sure if I’ve been communicating with a human or robot, but I have requested a return and refund for the phone I have ordered but no longer want. Can you please give me an address for the return of said phone…
