I bought a simply big phone but have decided to continue using my apple iPhone I have emailed you several times as to a refund and how to return my unused phone Still hoping for an easy and prompt reply🤓

Except that my phone no longer works The service has been very good with a reasonably goodtime of delivery.

No problems with simply big staff, they are very good. New battery is lasting 3-4 days max, not 10 as stated

Shipping was very prompt. Its not instant as quoted! About 100 ml before hot!
