Happy with hot water but don’t like the plastic taste of the water

The hot water dispenser is a convenient kitchen appliance but I have found that it is not hot enough, even on the highest heat setting. It is not as hot as a kettle.

We love our hot water dispenser as the water container is 3 litres and that means only 2 fills during the day instead of constantly refilling the jug. It seems to hold up well so far to the constant usage. It is easy to use, clean and refill. Love that you can choose a moderate temperature instead of boiling water. I really recommend this product and the quick and efficient customer service.
