Prior to finding your website, and ordering your remote, I had bought a universal remote in my town, to which they set up for me to pair with my TV. I had it home two days and is stopped working. Went and got a replacement, and two days later, same thing. BUT thanks to you, I now have a remote, that does everything from the couch again.
