Shipping etc was good and reasonable. Just disappointed in the product itself.

No issues on service or

No issues on service or delivery, but the product in the end was not suitable for my needs even though the information and reviews said it was compatible to my TV. I have a Changhong TV and the remote doesn't work 100%. It only turns the TV on and off and can adjust the volume, that's it.
