I bought the Universal Remote for Daikin very close to Christmas. Wasn't sure if anyone would be able to help me but I did get support by email on the same day. Had a few questions about the remote which made me more confident about buying it. Glad I did. Postage was reasonable considering it was in the middle of the crazy holidays.
