Universal Remote Controls AU (Magento)

Still not received my remote 🤷🏼

The remote control unit was delivered undamaged and the shipping was satisfactory.

Misleading online website Product ! What I purchased, as shown above, and detailed on their website was not supplied ! Instead they supplied a totally different remote control, which wasted my time, and placed my mother of 82 years of age, in a position where she was not able to turn on her heating or cooling ! The above remote control was chosen, due to it's feature, and what is being displayed, and outlines on their website should be what is going to be supplied ! Not what they want to supply, just to fulfil an order ! Very Disappointed Customer, who will never be using Universal Remote Controls, ever again !
