Good product but the worst customer service in the world avoid it all cost

I can’t use my scooter because it won’t connect to my phone. I tried asking hall or help but never got any. Never got an answer besides the automatic answer saying “your msg was not delivered because this email isn’t monitored”

Shipping was great but my scooter only goes 4mph
