I previously rented an Unagi
I previously rented an Unagi scooter and generally had no issues. I decided to purchase a refurbished one and have had consistent problems. The scooter arrived and both the horn and the accelerator did not function as they had with the previous model. Living in a congested city I rely on the horn for safety. I worked with Unagi to arrange a return and replacement. After sending back the scooter and receiving confirmation that it was delivered to the warehouse, I did not receive any response from Unagi for two weeks. When the customer service finally responded, I was told the replacement would be shipped in another week. After requesting and receiving expedited shipping, the replacement scooter arrived and would not turn on. I am now awaiting a response on when this most recent issue will be addressed. As I use the scooter for commuting, I have had to incur additional expenses while I wait for customer service to respond and fix the faulty devices.
