I will never use Polaroid again. I have never experienced such terrible customer service policies.
To be told that my replies pushed me to the “bottom of the queue” is incredibly disappointing. This approach seems illogical and unfair, particularly given that my issue had a clear deadline. Ignoring responses to your own inquiries is not only poor customer service but also undermines the trust customers place in your support process.
Your response time was painfully slow, and rather than resolving the issue, you continued to ask me to test different film stocks, assuring me that you would replace them in time for the wedding. However, communication eventually stopped entirely. Out of frustration, I submitted a new complaint via your website despite the original issue still being unresolved and received a much faster response to that newer query. You did eventually send out a couple of replacement boxes, but unsurprisingly, they did not arrive in time.
You have since refused to acknowledge the pain you have caused, sending either pre-written responses or AI written emails. Mostly your communication is short, rude, and unhelpful.
