Customer service was great, just disappointed we could not get it to work here where I live. Apparently signal strength is not consistent enough for the booster although my wife's phone works most of the time without it as long as we are close to a window.

The product has really helped with the cell signal in my house. I have a metal roof and was unable to get or receive call while in the house. After I installed the booster, my signal went from a -118 to a -74 instantly. It was not to bad to install, but the instructions are rather vague. The customer service was a lot of help with the purchase choice and installation.

No complaints for three or so conference calls. Thx

Customer service was great. The price I think is a little high. I went from signal rating of -122 to -89 which is a great increase and allows me to use my phone sitting in my favorite comfy chair instead of having to get up and run outside every time it rings . A helpful suggestion when installing the directional antenna. Point the antenna at the closest Tower and then climb down the ladder and stand away from the antenna while checking for signal strength. I found that adjusting the antenna while standing underneath it gave me false signal information ( negative results). Make sure you read the documentation concerning antenna placement , particularly the area describing how far the antennas need to be apart from each other. having the antennas to close or pointing into each other will also give you negative results. All in all I'm happy with the purchase, I've been using my system for a week and a half.
