Order shipped and received quicker than expected. Easy set up, although I had problems with oscillation no matter how far apart the antennas were, while I’m not one to complain or call, I was 10 minutes away from doing so when i decided to check the connection inside the power/ cable entry to the inside antenna.. bingo Loose cable connection .... operates normally now. Good signalNow. went from no service inside to 2-3 bars, no dropped calls, data down load a bit slow but way better than having nothing as before. Definitely would buy again, but I think manufacturing needs more quality control!!

I purchased the booster kit to replace a smaller unit I had installed years ago. There was plenty of cable to do what I needed to do. The booster works well. The kit includes an actual manual ( I didn't need to download it!) Especially helpful were instructions about improving reception. I downloaded the app suggested in the manual for checking outside signal, and as a result of that I relocated my outside antenna. I also made a call with a couple questions and received helpful advice.

The only reason I give this product 4 instead of five stars is because I'm not sure if it will work once the leaves are back on the trees. Currently I get one to two bars of service in my house. This being said I have never dropped a call since the instal. And a friends phone had full service at my home as well. So far pleased with the product just hoping the spring foliage won't be to much for it to handle. Excellent customer service as well!

Excellent service

Working with UberSignal support was a very good experience. The Fusion 5x was easy to install and our customers are very excited to have cell phone reception now where they had little to none before.
