Thank you. I'm happy with the product I purchased and I'm happy with the service I've received during the purchase process and the installation process. I live rurally and my phone signal inside the house is unreliable. Where I most need and want a strong signal (in my room) was the MOST unreliable. After installing the equipment (which I felt comfortable doing myself after talking in detail with Babett, my sales person), I now have 4 bars reliably in my room... a place where I previously had no signal or very little. Babett gave me lots of install information before purchasing so I could evaluate a couple of different products. And I was able to think through what the install would look like in this house before I ever purchased. With all the forethought I did, I didn't even need to call in for install help. The instructions were thorough. Cons: Even though I bought a strong commercial grade product, I'm not sure it's going to boost the signal throughout the whole floor to the level I want it. I could probably add extra antennas to expand the coverage. The only gap in info was about grounding the lightning surge protector. There was no information or instruction about what was needed. I had to educate myself with google searches and talks with the electrical people at Home Depot. I got it figured out and then was able to find the grounding rod at the house and buy the right kind of grounding wire. But this was a question I called Ubersignal with and my sales person was not able to help me. Nor did she forward my question on to a technical person. It would have been helpful to get educated by UberSignal on the grounding process with as much excellent instruction as every other part of the install. A suggestion for future sales. Thank you again. I really appreciate working with you. Your service sold me on buying directly from you. Same price on equipment I could get elsewhere but I also get EXCELLENT service. A no brainer to go with UberSignal. Thank you.

The Pro 70 provided a stronger signal boost than the 4G model. I have a very weak outdoor signal around -105 to -110 on average. Also live in a log home in a rural area. The Pro 70 had given me added indoor signal. Since I consider this an investment I am adding a Galtronics dome antenna to the setup. Right now I can receive a 4G signal. Prior to this I had only 3G. Customer service is outstanding. I have been troubleshooting with Ms. Peterson. She has helped me get the most from the system. I should note that in my situation, having the booster closer to the indoor antenna provided me a better signal. Also, the cables that come with the kit are long. 75 and 60 footers. Having them spliced with connectors for customizing was a challenge. Overall it was a project worth while.
