I love this headset but there are some major design flaws going on that affect the quality. I just received a replacement for my first purchase and the replacement has the same issue. When you unmute they will make the sound that you’ve unmuted but it will stay muted. When you rotate the left ear muff the audio will cut out, I want to love this headset so much but these issues are just too major for me to rate anything above 3 stars. The mic quality is amazing, the sound is amazing but they need major work to fix this issue.
