The camera did not work as I had hoped but the team at Trailcampro is extraordinary, they go well beyond expectations to help a customer. I had messed up my return mailing of the camera but Rick and his team went out of their way to help sort out the issue so that I could receive a refund. Again this group proves exceptional customer service.
