Excellent Customer Service
The UPS site had marked the camera as delivered, but it was not on my porch, and I assumed it had been stolen, I contacted TrailCamPro to see what I should do next. Without even asking for proof that the camera had not really been delivered, they immediately sent me another one - no questions asked!
As luck would have it, UPS ended up delivering both cameras at the same time (the UPS driver had made the mistake of marking the first camera as delivered, when it hadn't been), and I sent the original one back to TrailCamPro (for free, of course).
The trust TrailCamPro placed in me as the customer was a rare and refreshing experience in today's world, and I highly recommend making your next purchase from them. They are the best!
