Quality of the part is awesome good stuff to use my last one I had was a case and it took four years to almost destroy it so they are good and tough and will live up to anything. Bad part ordered from their website said 2 to 6 days to receive the product that I ordered and it took almost a week and a half to get it didn't care for that part.

I purchased the cup holder phone mount combo for almost $50, expecting a product that would be durable and built to last. Unfortunately, within just a couple of months, the phone mount itself broke. I remembered the product was covered under warranty, so I contacted customer service. My claim was approved, and I was told a replacement part was being sent. Naturally, I assumed I was receiving a complete replacement phone mount, so I threw away the broken one. When the replacement arrived, it only included the flexible neck—not the actual phone mounting bracket. After contacting customer service again, I was told that since the bracket itself wasn't broken, it would not be replaced. Instead, I was sent a link to purchase the missing bracket myself for an additional $19. 99. My biggest frustration isn't even the extra cost—it's the lack of communication. Had the customer service representative simply told me, "Please don't discard your existing mount because you'll need to reuse part of it," I never would have thrown it away. Instead, I was left assuming a complete replacement was on the way. Customer service: 1/10 Product durability: 2/10 For a product priced at $50, I expected much better quality and a far better warranty experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product

I understand things happens from time to time, it's my first time trying out this company and already having regrets. I'm a courier driver with not a lot of time in my hands, decided to order a few items and one of them was the power bank TT-PBW-SW16 which came defective and doesn't get charged up. Contacted support and response was pretty fast but I got to deal with paper work and take my time to find a place and ship back and wait for a return of a functioning product, but the time this is resolved I would be on the road and in need of a back up power bank for my cellphone. It defeats the purpose, I wish I had just stuck with Amazon, there is no hustle no paper work just plain simple efficient business. You guys let me down

Came broken and box was ok, but no part in the box. Conclusion: It was shipped broken and not inspected prior to shipping. So far no responce from tough tested!!!!
