Ordered 6-ft cable, USB-C -to- USB-C, that is also what it says on the packing slip. What I actually received was a 2-ft USB-A -to- Lightning cable. I guess I’ll see hire they respond.

I have contacted the support team on numerous occasions to inform that the replacement heads i bought for my mount are not the ones meant for my mount and they have been terrible with the replies and very unhelpful in helping me return the items i purchased to get the right ones and the site doesn’t have a very good description or variety of heads for the different mounts that you make
