They won't stay on my headphones.

I purchased this product for a gift for my fiancé who works a blue collar job and wanted earbuds that didn’t go in his ears. The first time the ear buds were used the right ear wasn’t working. You couldn’t hear anything through that ear. I tried contacting customer support multiple times and have heard no response. Do not purchase this product when they send you faulty products and have no accountability to fix it. Complete waste of money.

All I did after putting it together was connect my phone to it and the arm broke.
