Overall, I like it. The device paired very easily with my Samsung phone. The audio is clear and the bone mike works well. The phone call I used it on was loud, clear and crisp. I have not received any calls so I can't speak as to the answering of the call. out going was simple, but all I did was dialed the number and hit call. So far so good on that. As far as comfort goes, it is somewhat comfortable, but it feels a little weird. I think it will be one of those get use to things. Other than that I like it.

I own several of their power banks, USB cables, the jumpstarter/tire inflator, a mount for my car, and bluetooth speakers. The quality of the equipment is truly outstanding, which is why I've ordered from them multiple times. Sadly, their customer service is non-existent. When I was missing an item on my first shipment, I tried reaching out to them numerous times in numerous ways... I submitted two tickets via their website, and when neither was answered after a week, I sent several emails, and even tried calling the number on my packing slip and leaving multiple messages. They sent me a refund for the missing item, but to this day, I still haven't heard from anyone. Hard to believe in this day and age that a company would completely ignore a customer. Also, they don't ship to Canada. You have to pick up items at a US address.

I love this phone mount that I bought three of them it's low profile and stiff, and I don't need to worry if the phone will fall off or the mountain itself.

I have had mixed luck with Tough Tested chargers. I have one that I've had for a year and the other one lasted about 6 months before it stopped working. I did contact the company but never heard back. I have ordered another 2 as gifts and will hold my breath that they will last.

Great product . Suction cup is huge and quality is superior. Wish there was a way to keep from bouncing , but overall a great product and highly recommend.
