Having ordered Omnisphere with next day delivery, a mix up with postage collection meant that it wasn't dispatched when it supposed to be.. however, even on New Year's Eve and New Years day, Jamie was able to look into and correct the issue. I am really happy with the product too. Thought perhaps it may have been over hyped but couldn't have been more wrong! The programmed sounds are just insanely good. The installation procedure is slightly trickier than usual, but, the product itself is fantastic. Have bought from T and S before and they have consistently been great. Will buy from them again in the future!
