Phone delivered was as advertised. A technical problem was discovered in that the phone delivered had been previously used on a pre-paid Sprint plan and would not work on a Sprint contract plan. I notified the support staff at Tigerphones and they coordinated a replacement phone and shipped it as soon as they received the original phone. the replacement phone operated normally and the issue was resolved 100% to my satisfaction. Tigerphones is a great customer focused business,and went above and beyond to resolve my technical issue. Thank you Anne.

Great price and quality. I ordered a Good phone, but it was more like brand new. It's new to me, but I have to check the duration of the battery, but it seems very very good.

I've owned my Galaxy S7 from Tigerphones for about 3 weeks now, and couldn't be happier. I bought one in excellent condition, and it was exactly that. Delivery was very fast as well (about 3 days from time of purchase).
