Thanks Tigerphones. I received exactly what I had paid for and I am very pleased with the purchase. It exceeded my expectations. Communication from the company was great and delivery was prompt.

I was nervous about buying refurbished, but saw the good reviews and took a chance. I LOVE the phone. it's looks just like they said, gift worthy. Only thing is we had to go to Verizon store to activate and could not be done over the phone, but that's ok. It's works perfectly. I would buy from them again, and most likely will. They also respond quickly to emails.

Marlee and Support Staff are on top of everything to make sure you are satisfied. First phone had a wi-fi connection problem, so it was instantly replaced. No questions asked. Replacement phone was here in 2 days. Now if I can just figure out all of the settings. One more thing... both phones were cosmetically perfect, as if no one had ever touched them since new.

I am very pleased with the condition of the phone. Actually, it was far nicer than described and what I expected. And, excellent service and communication with/from Tiger.
