Looks brand new. I haven't activated it yet, but I'm pleased with the initial product.

So far we have purchased three phones from Tigerphones, all S7s. Their service and attention to customer needs is first rate. We'll be coming back to them whenever we need to purchase another phone.

The refurbished Galaxy S7 that I recently bought from TigerPhones arrived very promptly, well packaged, and appearance-wise it was difficult to distinguish it from a brand-new unit. The battery was already charged to about 70% and soon brought up to 100% with the new(?) charger unit that came with it. There were also printed instruction sheets on methods to expedite registration with StraightTalk on Verizon towers. So far everything has performed admirably ... particularly love the fact that I can now receive and send calls from my remote home location on a Tennessee ridgetop ... first cell-phone I've had in 20 years that will do this !
