I purchased two iPhones (6S Plus and I selected Excellent condition) just before Christmas. Both iPhones arrived two business days later (I selected free shipping and this was 5 days ahead of promised time). Both iPhones were impeccable! Each securely bubble wrapped in a box with lightning cable and charger. I ran system quality checks on both iPhones (free app downloaded from Apple store). One passed perfectly but the second failed the speaker test. I contacted TigerPhones via email support and explained the problem. TigerPhones quickly responded and gave me a choice between returning the iPhone for full refund or they would reimburse the typical cost of standard speaker repair/replacement at a local repair center. I took the iPhone to a local repair center for free evaluation but their technician indicated is was a problem with the main board and not the speaker so the repair would be much higher cost than TigerPhones would reimburse, so I chose to return the iPhone. TigerPhones quickly emailed a return shipping label making the return easy and they processed my refund fast. Even before I had shipped back the faulty iPhone, I went back to the TigerPhones website and purchased a replacement iPhone 6S Plus (again choosing Excellent condition). Once again the iPhone arrived in only two business days (fantastic considering I chose free shipping), and this time it was perfect in all ways. Unbelievably beautiful condition and this time passed all system tests with flying colors. Every company is great when things go perfectly. But great companies are those that perfectly handle when things don't go as planned. Based on my experience, TigerPhones is a great company!
