ordering was simple and quick.. Shipping was very very quick... UPS did deliver it to the wrong house and I opened a claim, support assisted with their contact. Package was delivered a few days later by one of my neighbor's son dropped it off. Support assisted in closing the ups case. Great job!!!!!, even if the delivery company messed up a bit..

Great product and experience. The angled bracket on the DRX770-2CH TRUCK rear camera didn't work in the vertical direction for me, so I had to install another bracket for it to be installed horizontally. Although they didn't have an alternative, they were receptive to the suggestion. High quality product that is very rugged and does everything I wanted.
