Shipping options aren't that great UPS ground takes forever maybe consider using the post office with their the fastest service if it fits in a box. Could do better when you call instead of hearing your next in line to eventually be told to leave your name and phone number in someone will call you back especially when you call at 9:00 in the morning assuming that's the time they open up

Once I figured out how this bracket needed to be installed, it turned out pretty well. It would have been rated great had there been any attempt to included instructions.

The customer service is fair, but stand in line! Or wait 24 hours for a return call. You folks are hot on selling this dash cam, but you need to tell your buyers that the app from BLACKVUE, IS GARBAGE! Not fair. Oh you need to buy this, and this and this and it’s still junk! I bought my own hot spot and fees for a data plan AND SUBSCRIBED TO THE Blackvue plan @ 1199mont. Plus twenty bucks to Verizon and 300 for a hotspot device! So, no I am not happy!
