Great overall transaction. Had sales and technical questions that got answered on the spot using the chat option. Order processing was less than 24hrs turnaround. USPS delays were significant due to the holiday. Took almost 20 days to receive my order from USPS using their Priority Mail option. DEFINITELY not Dashcam stores' fault. However, when I expressed my disappointment to the Outreach director Josh, he immediately responded to my email AND refunded the Priority mail cost to me EVEN THOUGH the whole delivery debacle was not Dashcam stores' fault. THAT FOLKS, is putting the customer first! Great job Dashcam Store! You have earned another loyal customer. Thank you for a great purchasing experience!
