I have usually had a good experience with TAVCO, but there are a few things that you can do to improve your service.
1. Find a way like Amazon and some other stores to let persons know when their items will approximately arrive at the shipment address. This helps a lot in planning who and where to send the shipment to.
2. On the 14th Sept. I purchased a number of Print Head cartridges and was told that 4 of them are out for delivery. Was only advised today, 7 days later that the other part of the order is on back order, this should have been communicated a whole lot earlier so that I could make an informed decision on how I wanted to proceed.
