I ordered a KVM for my Mac and PC but it turned out that I had chosen the wrong one for my setup. The support helped me figure out the issue through very clear troubleshooting and sent a another model as a replacement, which has been an absolute joy to use. I also encountered an issue where my work laptop wouldn't allow more than one network connection, and the network card of the KVM resulted in wifi not working. The support responded with a solution within an hour, and everything went back to being really smooth. One of the best products I've bought, and one of the best companies I've ever been in contact with.

This review is for those wondering about TESmart customer service should you need it. I initially emailed a product question and receive a detailed response within 24hours. I later had to return an unopened KVM product and was sent an RMA after specifying my reason for the return; once they received it back my account was promptly refunded minus a few dollars for shipping in my case.
