Simple purchase turned into a wasted month
Hey, support was fine, but the product itself is jank.
It worked for two months and then stopped.
The replacement never worked at all. My keyboard and mouse continue to work with other KVMs, implying this is a TESmart issue and that compatibility just isn't built into the product yet.
After a month with support, I gave up and requested a refund, which I have used to purchase a functioning kvm from a different vendor. All in all, I deeply regret wasting a month trying to get the device to work, rather than just requesting a refund immediately
