Simple purchase turned into a wasted month

Hey, support was fine, but the product itself is jank. It worked for two months and then stopped. The replacement never worked at all. My keyboard and mouse continue to work with other KVMs, implying this is a TESmart issue and that compatibility just isn't built into the product yet. After a month with support, I gave up and requested a refund, which I have used to purchase a functioning kvm from a different vendor. All in all, I deeply regret wasting a month trying to get the device to work, rather than just requesting a refund immediately

Shipping was pretty fast. I'd give that 5 stars. Communication: while they are responsive. There are significant delays. At least a day or 2 before you get a response. So if you have an urgent issue it's not going to be resolved quickly. Product: I had heard so many great things about this brand and purchased a new product they released. It has not been a great experience. I've followed all of their Troubleshooting tips and it's still not working. Way too much money to get a non working device. If they exchange or at this point better yet issue a return/ refund I will update my review. Because they will have at least tried. But no. . . not recommending this device. I think they need to work out a few more kinks with this one.

Contaminant inside box, warning future customers

Some sort of contaminant inside the box. Considering calling US regulators to report this company. Will not order from them again, they don't even have a phone number you can call.
