Hello, the devcie is a strong concept as expected. But there also came some bugs with it: 1. Sometimes the KVM forget the Monitor configuration and copies the screens instead of expand them. Especially when the PC returns from time out to work. How can this be fixed ? Is there a funktion to fully reset the device ? 2. Mouse & Keybord are sometimes disabeld, also when the PC return from time out to work. So i need to restart the mouse & Keybord recognition by pulling the USB and plug it again back to the KVM. The problem is, that this USB dongle is plugged on the backsind, because there are not enough USB Ports on the frontside. this results in uncomfortable action.

Shipping, Delivery and packaging were excellent. Still have some issues with mouse startup delay and ethernet connection.

The products seem to be of great quality. But the website is very confusing. Difficult to find model numbers, difficult to compare models, difficult to put an order because the site crash!
