I purchased this telescope for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it. He is more of a novice when it comes to star-gazing, but my dad has years of experience and was just as impressed and excited about this telescope, and really lauds its stable mount and ease to put together. It is definitely worth the money and I am excited to get to use it more in the future!

This is an exceptional telescope for beginners. My six year old grandson could easily view the stars after his father set it up. It is not a toy. This is exactly what I wanted for him to be able to enjoy a peek at the universe!
