flat field, good eye relief, excellent all-purpose medium power eyepiece. No need to spend 2x more when these are the same eyepiece as a more well known brand name

I ordered a pair of 20 x 80 and a pair of 25 X 100 binoculars. I live by a lake and although the 20 x80's were nice, the 25 x 100 were better suited for watching the birds on the lake from the distance of my home. The 25 x 100's enable me to see the birds up close, showing their features in crisp detail. I called customer service to return the 20 x 80 and buy another pair of 25 x 100. The customer service representative was extremely polite and professional in instructing me how to return them. These binoculars are great for the reasonable price, and the customer service is top notch.

knowledgable and helpful staff, especially for newbies like me
