TelescopesPlus

I'm 62 YO and this was my first experience ordering an item from TelescopesPlus. Their website was easy for me to navigate, it was easy for me to sign up for an account and place my order, and the package was delivered when they said it would. Overall great experience, thank you.

This eyepiece is well constructed, solid and handy at the same time. Images are crispy and clear, no chromatic aberration. You can spot Jupiter without any difficulty.

The Z12 was the biggest aperture at a price I could justify--and this is the largest rigid tube our minivan can reasonably fit. I'm relatively new to the hobby, so I can't provide informed contrasts with other products. I can say that it arrived well packed and undamaged, and I haven't had a problem with any of the optics or structure. At first I had trouble collimating, but it turned out the collimator was out of alignment. After some searching, that was a quick fix, and collimation went smoothly after that. I'm VERY pleased with the Z12 so far.

This is a great first scope for me. I've seen Saturn and Jupiter. Both look fantastic with the included eyepieces.

I love my telescope I just don't know how to properly use it
